Utilised the Mr Draughty team for a main bathroom and ensuite change to a wet area and also bracing wall demolition/changes - consent through AKL Council. Too easy, just follow the instructions on the website and/or check out the you tube vids. Easy communication, quick turnaround and no issues completing remotely. Highly recommend.

Mr Draughty you absolutel Legend!!!! We've just had our application approved by the council!!! After Our original quotes for drawings to get our load bearing wall removed, came in anywhere between 5 to 9 grand. We felt totally disheartened. And after finding Mr. Draughty on google, people told us the pricing is too good to be true, warning us that you get what you pay for. But From the very first phone call, Daniel put our mind at ease with his extensive knowledge and easy manner. Submitting our application online was easier than I expected, even after I realised I'd made a mistake in my original drawing, it corrected without any fuss. We didn't once have to deal with council as Mr draughty did it all, his communication was impeccable, keeping us informed and in the loop every step of the way. It only took 4 weeks from the time we submitted our original drawing to Mr Draughty, to getting an email of approval from council. Can not recommend this company enough!!!
