We worked with Dan and Tessa at Mr Draughty, and they made the entire process feel effortless. While there was a small miscommunication in the early stages, they quickly adapted and took care of everything from there, the process went smoothly after that. I have no reservations and would highly recommend Mr Draughty for any minor consent drawings.

Honestly going in to the whole process of getting consent and everything involved we were unsure of what to expect except that it was going to be a mission and hard work. Thankfully Daniel and the team involved made this the complete opposite! Right from the start the communication was clear and it was insured we understood throughout the process what was going on. Every question I asked was responded with professionalism and clear answers which I really did appreciate as I had many haha I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for future projects! Can’t express any more how happy we are!

Utilised the Mr Draughty team for a main bathroom and ensuite change to a wet area and also bracing wall demolition/changes – consent through AKL Council. Too easy, just follow the instructions on the website and/or check out the you tube vids. Easy communication, quick turnaround and no issues completing remotely. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend MrDraughty. We had a small job to do with building permit/consents. Tessa and the team were awesome deal with, we didn’t know anything about it but they do. They gave us a quote, and on approval, cracked into the drawings and finished the edits, all inside a week. They can look after the consenting through council process too. We’ve been really happy with the service from Mr Draughty. The team are always quick to respond to emails, great with communication, and keep us updated throughout the whole process. Any council RFIs or questions that come up are dealt with straight away, which makes everything run smoothly and takes a lot of stress out of the process.
