Great service from Mr. Draughty every step of the way. Plans were drawn up and submitted in very good time. Every RFI sent out during the review process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our consent was granted sooner than expected (possibly a new record for Tauranga City Council :) ) allowing work to proceed without interruption on our project with a very tight schedule. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend.

Our plumber referred us to My Draughty because he thought it would be easier for us to get council consent for our new ensuite. We are very grateful that he did. We knew nothing about what was needed and Tessa was extremely helpful (and patient), walking us through the process. We now have our consent from the council and I cannot not believe how seamless and quick it was. Thank you Mr Draughty. Would highly recommend :-)

Highly recommend MrDraughty. We had a small job to do with building permit/consents. Tessa and the team were awesome deal with, we didn’t know anything about it but they do. They gave us a quote, and on approval, cracked into the drawings and finished the edits, all inside a week. They can look after the consenting through council process too. Great service, very quick and reasonable pricing too. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks guys.

We’ve been really happy with the service from Mr Draughty. The team are always quick to respond to emails, great with communication, and keep us updated throughout the whole process. Any council RFIs or questions that come up are dealt with straight away, which makes everything run smoothly and takes a lot of stress out of the process. We really appreciate their efficiency and reliable service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Utilised the Mr Draughty team for a main bathroom and ensuite change to a wet area and also bracing wall demolition/changes – consent through AKL Council. Too easy, just follow the instructions on the website and/or check out the you tube vids. Easy communication, quick turnaround and no issues completing remotely. Highly recommend.
