Really helpful, got back to us quickly with plans, and did all the work with the council for us. Also very reasonably priced. Council even got back to us earlier than the 20 days! Thanks so much for your help.

Mr Draughty has been such a pleasure to deal with. They always did what they said they were going to do and everything has always been done quick and efficiently and nothing was ever too much to ask for even when changes had to be made due to council being difficult. Will definitely use them again in future and recommend Mr Draughty! Thank you for your assistance and good work.

Professional, prompt service. Great communication and stress free consent process. Highly recommend.

Mr Draughty was awesome!!! We used them through our builder, and they were so easy to deal with. Everything was sorted, and what felt like a very stressful situation, they made it simple. Very happy and if we decide to build or renovate again, we will absolutely use them :) 10/10! Thanks guys!

Utilised the Mr Draughty team for a main bathroom and ensuite change to a wet area and also bracing wall demolition/changes – consent through AKL Council. Too easy, just follow the instructions on the website and/or check out the you tube vids. Easy communication, quick turnaround and no issues completing remotely. Highly recommend.

I used Mr Draughty for a Villa bathroom renovation in Auckland. The renovation involved making 1 bathroom into 2 by moving a doorway and extending into the master bedroom. I would recommend them as they were efficient; cost effective, plans were well detailed; questions and changes were made quickly and council only had 1 query making getting Building Consent seamless and quick.

We were fearful that the building consent application process would be stressful and frustrating, but Daniel’s professionalism ensured it was quite the opposite. He kept us updated from start to finish and promptly addressed any issues to achieve the fastest possible outcome. Many thanks Daniel. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. R Black

I was very impressed with Mr Draughty. They were extremely helpful and super quick with preparing the drawings and submitting the plans to council. The whole process was made very easy from start to finish. Thank you for doing such a great job — I really appreciate your efficiency and professionalism!

Great experience working with the team at Mr. Draughty. Very quick and efficient to understand what was proposed, then get everything ready for consent. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Mr. Draughty every step of the way. Plans were drawn up and submitted in very good time. Every RFI sent out during the review process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our consent was granted sooner than expected (possibly a new record for Tauranga City Council :) ) allowing work to proceed without interruption on our project with a very tight schedule. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend.

Tessa and the team at Mr Draughty were amazing. They made the process from design through to getting consent super easy. You know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is the second time i have used them and again have done a great job for us and your client. Thanks
