Honestly going in to the whole process of getting consent and everything involved we were unsure of what to expect except that it was going to be a mission and hard work. Thankfully Daniel and the team involved made this the complete opposite! Right from the start the communication was clear and it was insured we understood throughout the process what was going on. Every question I asked was responded with professionalism and clear answers which I really did appreciate as I had many haha I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for future projects! Can’t express any more how happy we are!

Daniel processed my application with the city council very quickly and in a professional manner. He handled all requests from the council promptly, and I only had to provide initial photos and a rough idea of the plan. Highly recommended.

They gave us a quote, and on approval, cracked into the drawings and finished the edits, all inside a week. They can look after the consenting through council process too. Great service from Mr. Draughty every step of the way. Plans were drawn up and submitted in very good time. Every RFI sent out during the review process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our consent was granted sooner than expected (possibly a new record for Tauranga City Council 🙂 ) allowing work to proceed without interruption on our project with a very tight schedule. Mr Draughty you absolutel Legend!!!! We've just had our application approved by the council!!! After Our original quotes for drawings to get our load bearing wall removed, came in anywhere between 5 to 9 grand. We felt totally disheartened. And after finding Mr. Draughty on google, people told us the pricing is too good to be true, warning us that you get what you pay for. But From the very first phone call, Daniel put our mind at ease with his extensive knowledge and easy manner. Submitting our application online was easier than I expected, even after I realised I'd made a mistake in my original drawing, it corrected without any fuss. We didn't once have to deal with council as Mr draughty did it all, his communication was impeccable, keeping us informed and in the loop every step of the way. It only took 4 weeks from the time we submitted our original drawing to Mr Draughty, to getting an email of approval from council. Can not recommend this company enough!!!
