Submit Your Application
  • Fill out our application form with your contact details, project details, and checklist.
  • Upload required documents (Property file, Bathroom sketch, Bathroom photos).
  • We will review your submission for approval and provide a quote.

Review & Planning
  • We will vet all the information in your application to confirm this is within our fixed price.
  • If all ok, preliminary plans begin immediately and take 5 working days to complete.
  • Preliminary plans emailed to you for your approval.

Budget & Decision Making
  • You can then use these plans at the preliminary stage, talk to builders, plumbers, and electricians to get priced.
  • If the budget is exceeded, the project can be put on hold, reduced in scope, or abandoned altogether. No need to fully commit!

Construction & Consent
  • We will submit the consent on the owners behalf, answer all questions from council until the consent is approved. Once approved, we will hand the project back to you.
  • We can also apply for an exemption from consent if you would like these plans recorded on your property file for future sale..

FILE UPLOADS

Not to worry we just need some further information from you. Sketch your floor plan with internal dimensions of each room. Take 1-2 photos of every room elevations in house. E.g. lounge, dining, kitchen, hallway, bedrooms bathrooms, toilet, laundry.

You can use one of the following templates to create your bathroom sketch.

WE REQUIRE:

  • Existing bathroom sketch plan (showing existing items and noting items to be Removed/demolished)
  • Show existing
    gully traps
    and
    terminal vents
  • Internal dimensions of existing toilet/bathroom areas.
  • Ceiling heights from floor.
  • Window sizes, height and width. Height from floor and dimension from wall
  • H x W x D of all fixtures e.g toilet, basin/vanity, shower and bath. Dimension from wall.
  • Proposed bathroom sketch plan (showing new and existing items)
  • Dimensions of proposed bathroom or toilet.
  • Flooring type. E.g. Vinyl or tile, proposed or existing
  • Wet wall lining E.g. Seratone, Hardiglaze + extent of wet area wall lining
  • Position of all services and windows

REQUIRED PHOTO’S ARE:

  • 1-2 photo’s showing elevation of each internal bathroom/toilet wall.
  • 1x each corner of bathroom/toilet.
  • 1-2 photo’s of exterior elevations of the entire home.
  • 1x photo showing your existing gully trap and vent pipe in relation to your
  • Exterior elevation (so we can position correctly)
  • The more photos the better!

Preferable portrait so we can join them up.
