WHAT TO DO:

Submit Your Application
- Fill out our application form with your contact details, project details, and checklist.
- Upload required documents (Property file, Bathroom sketch, Bathroom photos).
- We will review your submission for approval and provide a quote.

Review & Planning
- We will vet all the information in your application to confirm this is within our fixed price.
- If all ok, preliminary plans begin immediately and take 5 working days to complete.
- Preliminary plans emailed to you for your approval.

Budget & Decision Making
- You can then use these plans at the preliminary stage, talk to builders, plumbers, and electricians to get priced.
- If the budget is exceeded, the project can be put on hold, reduced in scope, or abandoned altogether. No need to fully commit!

Construction & Consent
- If you don’t require building consent, we can issue the preliminary plans as construction drawings and you can begin construction.
- We can also apply for an exemption from consent if you would like these plans recorded on your property file for future sale.
