Great service from Mr. Draughty every step of the way. Plans were drawn up and submitted in very good time. Every RFI sent out during the review process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our consent was granted sooner than expected (possibly a new record for Tauranga City Council 🙂 ) allowing work to proceed without interruption on our project with a very tight schedule.
